Aqua fit

This water-based exercise provides cardiovascular and muscle benefits at your own level of intensity. Hand weights and noodles can be used throughout the class.

Stretch & tone 

This is a conditioning class that involves standing (bars can be used) and mat exercises.

Pilates

This session focuses on developing core stability, building strength and improving posture alignment, flexibility, 
and endurance.

Chair-me up! 

This is a conditioning class that involves standing (bars can be used) and mat exercises.

Tai chi

Ancient Chinese medicine in the form of gentle movements and breathing techniques. Pumping life force and building excellent mind and body connection to develop the flow state.

Family swim

Open pool for property owners and their family. Adult supervision is always required.
